Refund and Returns Policy

We sell work, not products, so most of this is about how engagements end rather than how parcels come back.

Deposits

Engagements begin with a deposit, which reserves the dates. If you cancel more than fourteen days before the start, the deposit is refunded in full. Inside fourteen days it is not, because the time is no longer sellable.

If it is not working

Either side can end an engagement in writing. You pay for what has been done up to that point and you keep it — files, documents and licences included.

Digital downloads

Anything you download from this site is free, so there is nothing to refund.
